Defeated a PhD thesis "Features of the local conductivity and spectral density of the tunneling current in semiconductor nanostructures in the presence of impurity states" in 2010.

Member of MSU Faculty of Physics since 2010. PhD in physics anf mathematics, senior research fellow in chair of semiconductor physics.

Research interests: tunneling processes in semiconductor nanostructures in the vicinity of localized charge states with allowance for Coulomb correlations of localized electrons and electron-phonon interaction
