The laboratory carries out theoretical works in terms of developing methods and approaches for analyzing the transport characteristics of single-atom and molecular elements and devices, as well as methods for forming reservoir computing systems on their basis. The researchers have created a set of theoretical methods and approaches to study non-equilibrium effects and features of electron transport in highly correlated nanoscale semiconductor systems. In addition, a collection of original calculation programs has been developed.
